We ensure that structure is positioned safely and looks beautiful for flawless photography! Please note that collection times vary depending on the venue. On the day, the team will arrive promptly to set up in the pre-arranged location within your venue. If your venue requires a copy of our public liability insurance information we can send that directly to them. We’ll schedule a balance payment reminder so you have one less supplier to worry about! Then What?Īfter payment of the balance, your bit is done! We will contact you and your venue prior to your event to arrange delivery, positioning and collection. Alternatively, to visit us prior to booking, please get in touch to make a showroom appointment.Ī deposit of £100 is required, within 7 days of receiving your invoice, to secure your your event date and the remainder is due 8 weeks prior. If your preferred backdrop is available on your date, we’ll send you a quote along with the link to our online booking form. If you’d like to book a backdrop, please email us or call us with details of your event so we can check availability for you. Flower arch hire starts from £350 and our prices are fully inclusive of the agreed hire period, professional installation, delivery and public liability insurance up to £1million.
